Use AI as an additional team member
At 4-advice, we don't just use AI on an ad hoc basis - we actively work with it in projects, if agreed with the customer, and in internal business processes. For example, every new employee receives an AI onboarding assistant, and vacation requests and other HR processes are digitally automated. Where it makes sense, we use AI, elsewhere we use rule-based digital workflow automation - because AI is not suitable for all use cases and is not a panacea. A concrete example of the use of AI „Luke 2“, the digital AI sparring partner of our colleague Lukas Staudenmayer.
„Lukas 2“ is a self-taught chat bot trained by Lukas with information about the roles he performs. Lukas uses it to be faster for our customers and to be able to do more for the hourly rate paid by the customer. The chatbot is a good communication partner for providing support in agile product development thanks to the training documents for SCRUM Product Owner training. And in internal tasks, other chatbots help Lukas to understand the internal business processes and act accordingly. . The AI therefore takes on roles - as an innovation consultant, for example - and acts on the basis of structured prompt engineering. Put simply, Lukas uses his digital assistant by always specifying at least three components in addition to the actual task:
- Role: z.e.g. experienced management consultant for change and innovation management
- Context: e.g. initial situation, objectives, strategy and operational project tasks
- Target: e.g. the implementation of the defined customer order to achieve user adoption for a newly introduced software with at least 70% of the potential software users within a period of 6 months

AI is changing our private and business lives - we cannot stop it. That's why we need to evolve in such a way that we can actively manage AI in a targeted manner. As this entails many changes, our AI projects also include change management aspects. After all, we don't want to downsize our employees, but rather take them along with us rationally and emotionally in this transformation.
When using AI, our employees ensure compliance with our AI guidelines and the AI guidelines of our customers. For example, we only use anonymized or pseudonymized data in tools such as Chat GPT and thus go beyond the requirements of the GDPR. In accordance with the EU AI Act, we naturally adhere to the requirements according to the risk class of the AI system processing the data. Because neither we nor our customers want to take risks such as data breaches, reputational damage or legal consequences. We are also happy to help you set up the use of AI in your company in the right organizational way to avoid any nasty surprises later on.

AI is not a must for us, but a tool - and you decide whether and how intensively we use it. If you do not yet have any guidelines, we will be happy to help you develop them.
