Funding for solo self-employed persons
The KOMPASS program of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs offers support to solo self-employed persons in order to arm themselves against crises and prepare for the future. It provides a wide range of easily accessible financing options for individually tailored further training and qualifications. Solo self-employed persons can receive a financial grant of up to 4,500 euros for suitable further training. This subsidy can be claimed once a year.

We offer our AI seminars as modular modules. This means that you can either book just one module or several modules that build on each other. They are very practice- and application-oriented and not a frontal lecture.
Many trainers only teach users how to use certain AI tools. However, this is not enough to increase productivity in the company through AI. As experienced change experts, we are all too familiar with the challenges that companies face when introducing new technologies. And above all, we know how to overcome resistance, get people on board and successfully introduce technologies - including artificial intelligence - into the company. It is simply not enough to know hundreds of AI tools. You have to be able to choose the ones that are right for your company in terms of information security, compliance, stakeholder approval (e.g. from the works council) and use cases. Using AI productively in the company requires much more than being able to operate chat GPT or other AI tools. We combine both: AI user competence and the competence to implement AI correctly in the company.
We can't give you a general answer, because „it depends“. But that's exactly what we'll be happy to explain to you in a free initial consultation or we'll detail your individual setup directly after your positive decision. We conduct the initial consultation as a video call with you, in which we answer all open questions on both sides. In general, the following advantages can be mentioned: The online option reduces travel and logistics costs and offers you the greatest flexibility in terms of time, i.e. you can do it 24/7 at a location of your choice. However, for certain types of learners and people with little digital experience, the on-site option may be more effective. Whether online or on-site, our moderators will always guide you safely through the seminar and help you solve your business challenges. The implementation coaching sessions are also very helpful.

You then have the opportunity to choose the right setup for you - depending on the level of detail you require and your learning and project goals. Implementation coaching sessions are video calls between seminar participants and trainers. In these calls, you can ask any questions you have about implementing the knowledge you have learned. We answer them and help you as a coach to put what you have learned into practice. Our many years of experience show that these coaching sessions are very useful because they ensure that your seminar participants not only take part in the seminar, but that they also put what they have learned directly into practice. After all, it is the implementation of what they have learned that brings your company productivity gains.
