Aims of the workshop
Our aim is to teach you and your team the basics of OKRs in a practical way. You will learn how to define your own OKRs and set up an OKR board that not only keeps a transparent eye on progress, but also enables you to react promptly to changes and new findings. The advantage of OKRs lies in the dynamic nature of the system: regular reviews allow deficits and deviations to be quickly identified and adjusted.

The OKR workshop is divided into three phases that cover different key areas of goal setting and implementation:
Basis: Agile working
(2-4 hours)
- Agile principles as the basis for a successful OKR system
- Agility helps you to react flexibly to changes and design OKRs dynamically
Introduction to OKRs
(2-4 hours)
- Basics:
- What are OKRs?
- How are they used to define company and team goals?
- How do objectives and key results interact?
- How did they sharpen the focus for your team?
Set up OKR Board
(6-8 hours)
- In the practical part, you and your team will create your own OKR board.
- You define the objectives and set measurable key results to monitor progress in real time.
- After the workshop, you will have a complete system that gives you a clear insight into the degree to which your goals have been achieved.
