Our solution: the Flight Level System
The Flight Level System is a method for visualizing and optimizing work processes at various company levels. It helps to structure daily work, coordination between teams and strategic goals clearly and efficiently. Through continuous improvement and clear communication, it supports companies in increasing their performance.
Flight levels in detail
The Flight Level System is divided into three levels, each of which visualizes and improves specific aspects of the company's work processes.
Flight Level 1
Operational work at team level
- visualizes the process of daily work
- represents the progress of operational implementation
- can be mapped in the form of Kanban, Scrum or other methodological frameworks
Flight Level 2
Coordinative level
- represents the dependency of different teams.
- shows the progress towards value stream achievement.

Strategic level
- answers questions about the strategy and the objectives pursued.
